1. Subscription Refunds
Our services are provided on a subscription basis with recurring monthly or yearly payments. Refund eligibility depends on the following circumstances:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal.
- Yearly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal.
- Trial Period: No refund is required for the trial period as it is free of charge.
2. Refund Eligibility

- The request is made before the end of your current billing period
- You have not violated our Terms of Service

3. Non-Refundable Items

6. Partial Refunds

- Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription stops future charges, but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund: A refund returns the payment for the current or previous billing period and terminates your access immediately upon approval.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard without requesting a refund.
