3. Account Registration

4. Subscription and Billing

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
  • Payments will be charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)

5. Trial Period

  • Only one trial per customer is allowed

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizatos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizatos, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
